We guarantee that your child's individual picture will be properly composed, properly exposed, in focus, and your child's eyes will be open.
If any of the above conditions are not met, we will retake your child's individual picture at no additional cost.
While we give all children the opportunity to smile, we do not attempt to make them smile. We have found that some children simply do not wish to smile, and attempting to force the issue could produce a poor picture. If the picture is an otherwise "good picture" where your child simply did not smile, we can take another one, but there will be an additional charge.
If the information on your Trading Card order is incorrect because we copied it incorrectly, we will provide a corrected set at no additional cost.
If there is a problem with your child's picture, please contact Team Photography within thirty (30) calendar days of delivery.
